Online store www.cityhair.ee/shop(hereinafter Online Store) owner is OÜ City Barbers ( register code 14126503, location Paide 9-11,11312, Tallinn, Estonia). Sales agreement , trade and price info. Terms of sale are valid when buying from our Online Store. Prices for products sold on the Online Store are listed on the products. Price for the delivery of the products will be added to the final amount. The cost of delivery depends on the location of the buyer and the way of delivery. Settlement is done in EURO (€). The delivery fee is shown to the buyer upon completion of the order. Information about the products is provided in the Online Store directly at the merchandise. Ordering. To order you must add the desired products to the basket. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid through a bank link or other payment solution. The agreement is valid when the amount of the order arrives to the Online Store bank account. If the ordered products can not be delivered in connection with the expiration of the products or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money (including delivery costs) will be returned immediately, but not later than within 14 days after sending the notice. Delivery. The products will be shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland,Denmark,Norway, Sweden,Ireland,Great Britain,Poland. The cost of sending the products is borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed at the shipping method. Within Estonia the delivery usually reach the destination designated by the buyer within 3-7 business days from the entry of the contract of sale. Delivery outside Estonia is within 7 calendar days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver the products within 45 calendar days. Right of withdrawal. After the order is received, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days [depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw, the corresponding products and services must be listed in this case and they must comply with the requirements listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act]. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. In order to use the right of return for a 14-day period, goods ordered can not be used in any way other than it’s necessary to use the specific product,for it’s properties and operation in a manner like it’s permissible

for testing the goods in the physical store. If the item is used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods or there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store shall have the right to lower the refund by deducting the value of the goods. To return the goods, you must submit an application for cancellation of the purchase of goods, the form of which can be found here: withdrawal form and send it to e-mail tellimus@cityhair.ee not later than within 14 days upon receipt of the products. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the purchaser, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned is not in conformity with the order (eg, a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the carrier during the aforementioned period. The Online Store will return the buyer immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, but no later than 14 days after the receipt of the cancellation application, all fees received from the buyer under the contract. The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until the item is returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the item, whichever comes first. If the buyer has chosen from the most inexpensive delivery method offered by the Web Store as a way of delivering a different way of delivering the item, then the Web Store does not return the expense that exceeds the cost of a normal delivery method. The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and to recover the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to error. The Online Store uses personal data (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the products to the buyer. The Online Store transmits personal information to the transport service companies in order to deliver the goods. The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed an interest in entering the email address on the web site and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications. The buyer can at any time cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the email by giving us an email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers. All prices include tax 20% (VAT) Settlement of disputes. If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address tellimus@cityhair.ee or call +37256680364. If the buyer and the Online Store can not resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Online Store. The buyer’s appeal is reviewed by the Commission free of charge. The buyer can contact the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
